I have been a client of Derek for nearly 2 years.  He replaced my HVAC unit on a very hot and humid day.  In what should have taken 2 days, he worked an entire day and into late night to make sure the job was finished.  I have asthma and severe allergies so it was crucial that I had air conditioning. In the next weeks, he also installed ductless mini-split HVAC in my sunroom.  He has continued to maintain both systems timely and professionally.  I rely on Derek for his sound expertise (he is quite knowledgeable regarding breathing issues), excellent customer service, and fair pricing, which are always important but essential for seniors.  I highly recommend him.  Thank you Derek.

Highlights: 1) Wore a mask and covering on shoes when entering my home, 2) Fixed the issue, 3) Came on a Saturday night at 6:30 p.m. for the repair! 4) Called the next day, Sunday, to follow-up.
